No referral is needed. You can contact us directly to book a consultation with Dr Mildred - simply get in touch by phone, email, or through our online booking form and we'll take it from there.

Absolutely. Many of our patients come to their first consultation without a specific treatment in mind. The consultation is simply a conversation - Dr Mildred will take the time to understand your concerns and goals, and guide you toward the options that are most appropriate for you. There is no obligation to proceed with any treatment.

Yes, completely. All consultations and treatments at Thrive take place in a private, respectful environment. Your personal information and the nature of your visit are treated with the utmost discretion at all times.

Your first appointment is a relaxed, one-to-one consultation with Dr Mildred. There are no forms to fill in advance - just come as you are, ready to have an open conversation about your concerns and what you'd like to achieve. Dr Mildred will listen, answer your questions honestly, and discuss any options that may be suitable for you.
