I founded Thrive to provide women in Galway with expert aesthetic and intimate wellness care in a welcoming, respectful environment.

For too long, many women's health concerns have been minimised or accepted as something they simply have to live with. My vision for Thrive is to offer evidence-based care, practical solutions, and a safe space where women feel comfortable discussing even the most sensitive concerns, enabling them to feel fully at home in their bodies.

As a practising General Practitioner, my interest in intimate wellness developed through caring for women experiencing persistent genitourinary symptoms while facing lengthy waits for specialist services. Thrive was created to bridge that gap by providing timely, compassionate, and clinically grounded treatment.

I graduated from the University of Cape Town and later moved to the West of Ireland to complete my specialist training in General Practice. I also hold a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of Liverpool, and Diplomas in Women's Health and in Dermatology. My specialist training includes aesthetic gynaecology with Dr Bader through the European Society of Aesthetic Gynaecology and the UMA Academy Amsterdam. I am also fully certified in the administration of anti-wrinkle and dermal fillers.

My approach is rooted in clinical excellence, honesty, and genuine patient-centred care. Above all, I want every woman who visits Thrive to feel heard, respected, and confident that she is receiving the highest standard of treatment and support.
